| Job Purpose | Undertakes tasks/activities associated with the collection, batching and distribution/delivery of mail and other related correspondence/documentation and items internally/externally and attending to general office, beverage and cleaning requirements. |
| Key Responsibility Areas | Collect, batch and deliver mail and other related correspondence to/from specific offices/locations and/or attend to other urgent requests communicated verbally. Inspect the vehicle and communicate observations to the immediate superior prior to departure. Prepare and serve beverages to personnel or guests. Clean offices and facilities. Complete standard forms, inserting routine information or inserting indicators against specific observations or descriptions. Operate office equipment such as facsimile, photocopier, etc. Files documents/correspondence accordingly |
