We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers with their inquiries and providing information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Objection handle
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
