Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (Harmony), Learnerships provide candidates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the following fields:

• Rigger
• Boilermaker/Plater
• Electrician
• Fitter
• Instrumentation

Selection Process:

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical fitness examination conducted by the Harmony Gold Occupational Health Centre.
• Successful candidates will be invited for an interview.
• If you do not receive feedback within three months of the application closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Have completed Matric or technical Matric.
• Possess an N2 qualification with relevant trade theory.
• Hold a completed qualification in your chosen field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Be in good health and medically fit.
• Have strong teamwork skills and be willing to work outside normal hours or perform standby duties when required.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Exhibit good communication skills.
