TWK Agri invites graduates to apply for Clerk (Admin) vacancy Montagu, Western Cape, South Africa.
Responsibilities and Duties
- General administrative duties relating to insurance
- Complete monthly reports
- Request quotations relating to life insurance products
- Make and confirm appointments
- General client services and capturing of data on systems
- Correspond with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a continuous update of the client database
- Ensure that client records are created and updated
- Follow up with financial advisors/brokers regarding outstanding client information and compliance
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 3 years experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Advanced skills in Excel (advantageous)
- At least 2 years work experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of astute
- Understanding the different platforms of Discovery, Momentum, Liberty Life, Sanlam, PPS, Brightrock, etc
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
