TWK Agri invites graduates to apply for Clerk (Admin) vacancy Montagu, Western Cape, South Africa.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • General administrative duties relating to insurance
  • Complete monthly reports
  • Request quotations relating to life insurance products
  • Make and confirm appointments
  • General client services and capturing of data on systems
  • Correspond with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a continuous update of the client database
  • Ensure that client records are created and updated
  • Follow up with financial advisors/brokers regarding outstanding client information and compliance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 3 years experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Advanced skills in Excel (advantageous)
  • At least 2 years work experience in an administrative position
  • Knowledge of astute
  • Understanding the different platforms of Discovery, Momentum, Liberty Life, Sanlam, PPS, Brightrock, etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
