Job Description:
- Perform general cleaning duties in various areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, cleaning windows and walls).
- Ensure laboratory glassware and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and properly stored.
- Wash laboratory coats and replenish other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
- Empty dustbins daily and manage SHE bins accordingly.
- Comply with cleaning best practices and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety & Environment (OHSE) regulations and HCM policies.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Grade 10 plus 3 years of relevant cleaning experience in laboratory and office spaces.
- Basic understanding of waste types.
- Experience cleaning laboratory equipment is advantageous.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Compliance with safety standards in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
