The Personal Assistant to the Group CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the CEO operates efficiently and effectively. This role serves as a vital point of communication and coordination between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders. The Personal Assistant is key to enabling the CEO to focus on strategic leadership by managing administrative tasks, facilitating smooth operations, and anticipating needs.

Key Requirements:

· Fluent in English and Afrikaans (reading, writing, and speaking)

· Valid driver’s license

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity software

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

· High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
