Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting product trials, conducting analyses, capturing data, and assisting in administrative tasks related to pet food product development. Reporting to the R&D Executive, this role will allow the intern to contribute meaningfully to RCL FOODS’ innovative pet food development projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: BSc in Animal Science
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and discipline skills
  • Ability to self-manage tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing artwork briefs, conducting trials, testing shelf-life samples, and compiling reports.
• Performing administrative duties, including:
  • Master data and project workflow management.
  • Specifications and formulation verification.
  • Approval processes and capturing relevant data on the system.
• Organizing and managing:
  • Artwork process validation.
  • Product trial arrangements.
  • Capturing trial data and compiling reports.
  • Arranging sample materials for trials and marketing samples.
• Assisting with product optimization initiatives.
